Hit-and-run crash hurts one; Frederick police investigating

Frederick police are looking for a newer model Subaru in connection with a hit-and-run crash that injured a juvenile Oct. 4.
 
The unidentified victim was riding a bicycle at the time. Reports say the juvenile has minor injuries. It happened shortly before 3 p.m. at Tipple Parkway and Willilam Bailey Avenue, just west of Frederick High School.
 
Police are looking for a bright blue, newer model Subaru WRX STI. It has tinted windows, dual exhaust and a larger rear spoiler. Authorities said the car was last seen near Bella Rosa Parkway and the East I-25 Frontage Road.
