Letter to the editor: Don’t believe Fox News

Fox News continues to spew out untruthful, hateful comments about Democratic positions and about Vice President Biden’s statements. Fox is a TV network that is totally devoted to promoting the Republican Party. It is not a news network.

There are two comments in particular I have heard over and over on Fox, after forcing myself to listen. First, they continue to mention that Democrats favor “open borders.” Secondly, they continue to promote the idea that Democrats are OK with crime, looting, violent protests, etc. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Democratic Party and VP Biden do not favor open borders, crime or looting.

Recently, on the Sean Hannity show on Fox, Rudy Giuliani went so far as to declare that Black Lives Matter is a terrorist organization! The unfortunate aspect of these Fox News misstatements is that the less-informed and less-educated citizens of this country, which is a majority of Fox viewers, are influenced and swayed by the false Fox News propaganda.
