After a virtual event last year, the Colorado Stair Climb to honor the 343 New York City firefighters who were killed in the line of duty at the World Trade Center. on Sept. 11, 2001, was held in person this year at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This year's event was limited to the first 1,200 online registrants. Firefighters from across the metro area participate each year.
