Sexy Pizza is closing its Capitol Hill location at 1018 E. 11th Ave. because the landlord has refused to renew the lease, according to a June article by Denverite.

According to Denverite, Sexy Pizza is looking to secure a new spot in central Denver, but until a location is secured, it will operate out of a ghost kitchen in Denver’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Sexy Pizza’s website states that the Capitol Hill location was the pizza chain’s first, opening in 2008. Through the years, the pizzeria has expanded to three other Denver locations: 1579 S. Pearl St. in Platt Park, 2460 Eliot St. in Jefferson Park and 2846 Fairfax St. in North Park Hill. Sexy Pizza also has a location in Trinidad.
