Inside each and every one of us is a limitless source of inner peace and happiness. How would you like to have the ability to maintain your experience of happiness no matter what is going on externally? In this mini meditation retreat, Kadam Lucy will set us up to stabilize our peace of mind in three insightful and refreshing sessions.

First you will learn to change the paradigm of your happiness, seeking it from within rather than from somewhere out there. While you may not be able to change your external situation, you can learn to gently shift states of mind such as restless discontent into carefree contentment. With this light attitude it’s easy to start viewing yourself in a more positive way, employing Buddhist techniques for enjoying stable self-esteem and happiness, thus unlocking your vast potential for self-transformation. From this place of inner strength and confidence, you can start to unleash your creative powers to put the fun into anything you set your mind to – and enjoy more meaning in every moment.

This mini retreat includes three hour long sessions of teaching and guided meditation that are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Although it’s very engaging to connect to these sessions live, you will also have the opportunity to do them later, in your own time because the video recordings will remain available for 24 hours following the event.

Everyone welcome, whatever your level of experience.
